Another successful Bank mediation between a couple-borrowers from the Messinia region, our clients and Eurobank.
The couple had got a loan of € 67,000 from past debts.
They visited our office and suggested mediation as a solution.
The request was filed and after three months the debtors’ legal representative was Anna Korsanou.
The process lasted 6 hours and after joint and in person meetings the success report which provided a very low monthly installment was signed; there was a great deal of benefit and profit for the borrowers in the loan agreement and finally a part of their debt was written off.
The borrowers felt very happy with the process and the result, but the Banks’ regulations and proposals are becoming more and more difficult!
