Anna decisively helped us see light in a very dark period of our lives. Under extremely desperate circumstances, in which the banks were completely rigid and unyielding, Anna Korsanou stood as our most valuable advisor and helper, presenting us with options and aspects of the legislation that we had not even imagined existed. After many years of legal battles, the banks were forced to propose repayment plans with a generous exemption of the principal from 55% to 90% (most 70%). I am absolutely convinced that they would not have given up at all if they had not suffered legally from Anna’s petitions. About five years after the last court, most of those loans have now been repaid, while the latter are regulated in insignificant monthly instalments. Three more things I would like to add about Anna and her professional behaviour: a) She was always available – even when she didn’t answer the phone, she would call later herself, b) She was never late and c) In addition to being an excellent lawyer, she was always and above all a person. After so many years, I am proud that in addition to the professional relationship, we have developed a friendly one. Obviously, I highly recommend her, especially for these types of cases.

Professionalism, order, method, seriousness, humanity, efficiency. These are the words-concepts that characterize Mrs. Anna Korsanou. Her name is well-known and this fact initially caused us reservations, as my wife and I came from a not-so-good first experience with a “renowned” lawyer, who, after our first meeting with her, we never wanted a second one…

We got our first positive impression of Mrs. Korsanou by visiting her website. The first four of the aforementioned concepts are visible there. You can see her humanity after talking to her, and the results follow…

“We feel a noose tightening around us and we want to get rid of it, with dignity,” we told her, explaining our debt situation.

After listening to us carefully and getting the necessary clarifications, she spoke to us in a language understandable to people who do not know the law, about the parameters and possibilities of inclusion in the bankruptcy law. We were impressed that she did not try to “sugarcoat” with words that people in our position might want to hear. And this honours her as a professional.
